Susan Rundle
Susan Rundle co-founded Changing Spaces after seven years as a
feng shui consultant. Undergraduate work in sociology, combined
with feng shui studies and client experiences, have re-enforced
her belief that the arrangement of the spaces that we live in and
work in are of paramount importance in creating supportive and
balanced environments and lives.
Susan is committed to the idea that the best homes are reflections
of the people who live in them—not the interior decorators who
are hired to decorate them. It is this key belief that sets this
business apart from many one-day decorating services that prefer
to work without the client present. The client 'lives' in the home—not
the decorator. We at Changing Spaces strive to bring beauty and
energy into the home using what the client already owns—while at
the same time educating them about design principles that will
help them make the right choices in the future. Good design is
organic, always changing to support ever changing lives.
Susan has trained in New York City with Laurie Ward, a well-known
designer and the accomplished author of the best seller ''Use What
You Have Decorating” and most recently “Trade Secrets”. She is
a faculty member of the Feng Shui Institute of America and received
her training and certification there in 1996.
Susan lives in Marblehead, Massachusetts with her husband and
two children.
